I was not calledโ€”
Death did not notice me.
I bring my Rose.
I plight again,
By every sainted Beeโ€”
By Daisy called from hillsideโ€”
by Bobolink from lane.
Blossom and Iโ€”
Her oath, and mineโ€”
Will surely come again.

I know a place where summer strives ๐ŸŒ…
I hide myself within my flower ๐ŸŒธ
