Description of a dying storm

Now hollow sounding all around I hear
Sad murmurings swing upon mine ear
No more the wild shrieks of the storm
Drive to its cell the startling worm,
The Spirit of the weltering Surge
Deep moans the Tempest’s solemn Dirge.
The moon with sick and watery face
Wades through the sky with heavy pace.
